Free Freight Promotion Details
On occasion IMGT3 will offer free freight to its customers.  We are pleased to extend this offer to our customers as a simple thank you for your business and an opportunity to offer you products at a great price and excellent customer service.

Our Free Freight promotion applies to ground UPS or Fed-Ex shipments only.  If expedited service is needed, we do offer 2nd day and overnight.  Unfortunately we can not offer a discount on expedited service.  Our promotion will only apply to shipments to destinations in the continental United States.  Sorry we can not ship to APO or PO Boxes with this offer.  Oversized and truck shipments are excluded.

 

Sales Tax is only required for order shipping within our resident state. Therefore all orders shipping within Illinois will be charged the applicable sales tax. 
 

Use of this site indicates your acceptance of these terms and conditions. Your placement of an order indicates your acceptance of these terms and conditions. All content on this site such as text, graphics, logos, icons, images, video and audio clips and software is the property of IMGT3Performance.com or its suppliers and is protected by US and International copyright laws.   IMGT3Performance.com is copyrighted and may not be used except with our written consent. Most of the images used on this site may not be the image for your specific vehicle. They are used for reference purposes only. Performance parts cannot be returned due to images not matching.
 

In the event a product is listed at an incorrect price or with incorrect information due to typographical error or error in pricing or product information received from our suppliers, IMGT3Perfomance.com shall have the right to refuse or cancel any orders placed for product listed at the incorrect price, IMGT3Perfomance.com shall have the right to refuse or cancel and such orders whether or not the order has been confirmed and your credit card charged. In the event the credit card has already been charged for the purchase and your order is cancelled, IMGT3Perfomance.com charge shall immediately issue a credit to your credit card account in the amount of the charge.
 

All orders placed with, IMGT3Perfomance.com either by phone, fax, mail or online constitutes the acknowledgement and acceptance of all terms and conditions listed on, IMGT3Perfomance.com. Your receipt of an electronic or other form of order confirmation does not signify our acceptance of your order nor does it constitute confirmation of our offer to sell. IMGT3Perfomance.com reserves the right at anytime after receipt of your order to accept or decline your order for any reason. IMGT3Perfomance.com reserves the right at any time after receipt of your order without prior notice to you, to supply less than the quantity you ordered of any item. We may also require additional verifications or information before accepting an order.   If you order a product, your credit card is charged immediately as stated above. We will notify you of the status of the order and the product availability. Parts that may come from overseas can take up to 4-6 weeks for delivery. We will notify you as stated above.
 

On occasion items will be placed on backorder due to limited or no availability.  We do our best to reflect current inventory levels on our site. Inventory changes on a daily basis and an item that is marked as in stock on the site might become backordered after your order has been processed.   If a product is placed on backorder we will contact you via the provided email account on the order to make you aware of the change in inventory status and provide you an estimated ship date. If you wish to cancel at that time, you may be subject to the 10% cancellation fee. 

We do allow orders to be entered that are marked as backordered on our site. If an order is placed while an item is marked as backordered, you enter the purchase knowing that it might take additional time to receive you product and extra time beyond our normal shipping routine is required. 

NOTE: Due to variations in manufacturer shipping times, backorders are only kept open for a maximum of 59 days. If we have not received the item from the manufacturer within this time, the backorder will be cancelled and you will be credited back upon your request. At the time of cancellation you may re-order, or substitute with a similar item.
 

Provided the order has not shipped cancelling an order with IMGT3Performance.com is simple. In order to cancel an order that has not shipped you must email sales@imgt3performance.com with your full name, order number, parts that you would like to cancel and a reason for your cancellation ( to meet your needs in the future). Due to the credit card fee deducted from the transaction we will charge you a 10% cancellation fee. Please do not call us as we only accept cancellations through email to insure a paper trail, confirming you are the correct person. 
 

Certain items must be special ordered. These items will require a deposit or to paid in full at time of ordering. Once the deposit is notified to the customer and they agree to special order the item, the deposit becomes non refundable. Special order items cannot be returned or resold. There will be no cancellations allowed on special order parts.
 

Returns for exchange or refund will be allowed only within 10 calendar days from receipt of merchandise. All authorized return merchandise must be unused and in its original packaging, with complete documentation, warranty cards, instructions and hardware.    Your invoice and/or packing slip must also be returned. All returns must be sent Prepaid. No collect shipments will be accepted. We recommend you insure the returned part for its full value to protect yourself against loss with the carrier. We strongly recommend using UPS or FedEx. If you send something Freight Collect to IMGT3Performance.com it will be refused. If we did not refuse it at time of delivery, your credit card will be charged for the shipping charges based on which carrier and which service was utilized.

We reserve the right to isssue a 30% restocking fee to be applied to all non defective returns. Shipping charges are non refundable. For orders with free shipping, the original shipping charges will also now apply. All returned products must have a Return Authorization # issued by IMGT3Performance.com. Returns will be refused without an RA number.
 

All orders will be shipped via UPS or FedEx unless other arrangements are arranged between the customer and IMGT3 Performance. All orders over $75 will require signature upon delivery. Orders over the sum of $1,000 will require a “direct signature” from an adult at the physical residence of the delivery location. If no one is at the address, UPS or FedEx will reattempt delivery.   The recipient may also choose to pick up the package at the location listed on the door tag with proper identification.
 

Damage during shipment is very rare. Inspect your parcel carefully before signing for the package. Note any irregularities, or damage on the freight receipt. If the package is in good condition, open it immediately and check for hidden damages. All damaged items must be reported to the shipping carrier and you must notify IMGT3Performance.com within 3 business days of receiving your order. Do not return damaged product without prior approval as it will be refused. Keep all original packaging, including packing materials and original shipping carton. In order to expedite your claim with the shipping company; we highly suggest you document the damage with digital photos. 

Please submit the following information to sales@imgt3performance.com when filing your claim:

IMGT3Performance will contact UPS/FedEx to report the claim if we hear from you within the noted time to schedule a pick up. Do not send it back to us. Once the product is picked up and inspected by the shipping company a replacement item will be sent. 

Incorrect Shipments
Although it is extremely rare, our shipping deparment may ship you a different product than what was ordered.  If this is to occur, please notify us immediately and we will make arrangements for the proper part to be shipped and the incorrect part to be returned to us.  We are not accountable for any billing or downtime expense that may occur from your vehicle being worked on or out of service due to an incorrect shipment.
 

A vehicle modified by the use of performance parts and tuning may not meet the legal requirements for use on public roads. Use or installation of performance parts and tuning may adversely affect the drivability and reliability of your vehicle, and may also affect or eliminate your insurance coverage, factory warranty and new OEM part warranty. Performance parts are sold as-is without any warranty of any type; unless specified by the manufacturer. There is no warranty stated or implied due to the stress placed on your vehicle by performance parts and our inability to monitor its use, tuning or modification.
 

IMGT3Performance does not offer its own warranty and is not responsible for product failures or failures due to installation. All products are intended for use only as suggested by the manufacturer and installation should be handled by a professional only. We are not responsible for shipping costs other than by our own shipping mistake. Any warranty claims must be between the customer and the manufacturer directly.
 

Federal and many state laws prohibit the removal, modification or rendering inoperative any part that affects emissions on motor vehicles used on public streets or highways. Many of our part offerings are designated for track use or off-road use only. Installation of certain components may bring the vehicle out of compliance with safety and/or emissions standards. IMGT3 Performance recommends that vehicles with parts designated in this fashion not be operated on public roads. IMGT3 Performance customers are responsible for complying with applicable state and local environmental regulations.
