Q: What are your hours of operation?
A: IMGT3 Performance office hours are Monday thru Friday from 8 am to 5 pm CST. Our offices are closed on national holidays as well.
Q: If I place an order during the times you are closed, when will it be processed?
A: Our office will process the order as soon as possible the next business day.
Q: Is my part really in stock?
A: We do maintain some inventory in our warehouse for shipment on frequently ordered or popular items. If we do not have it at our location, we will ship it directly from the manufacturer or from one of our warehouse distributors nationwide.
Select products offered may be drop shipped or require special order, typically, 2-3 business days lead time. Should an unexpected delay in shipping occur, we will notify you by telephone and/or e-mail of the new projected shipping date and provide you with an opportunity to keep your order or cancel it for a prompt and complete refund.
We try our best to keep our website up to date with inventory status. On occasion we will miss something and a part will be on backorder from one of our suppliers and this will not be reflected on our site. If this is the case, we will contact you immediately and provide you with the option of deleting or keeping your order open. Unlike some of our competitors, we will not keep your order hostage. Please contact us if you have any product availability questions.
Q: How long will it take for you to ship?
A: We will do our best to get your order shipped out within a reasonable amount of time. There are some products that might take a little longer to ship due to their size or availability (special order) but we work hard on getting products to you quick
Q: I noticed you have a photo gallery on your site, do you need to be a customer to submit a photo?
A: Although we would love to have you as our customer, no, you do not need to buy something in order to be a part of our site and community.
Q: You sent me the wrong part!
A: In the rare case that we do send you the wrong part, we will happily exchange it for the correct item. We will arrange the proper part to be shipped out to you free of charge and arrange for the return of the incorrectly shipped item. Q: What is this Free Shipping Promo I have heard about?
A: Let’s face it; no one likes to pay for shipping. So every once in a while we like to run free shipping promotions for our customers as a way to say Thank You for your business.
So how does it work?
It is pretty straight forward; there will be a promotion code on our website banners, our
Facebook page, or you will receive it in an email as a member of our
Performance Program. Simply enter that code during check out and we will cover the cost of ground shipping to your desired location.
What are the limitations of this program?
We do have some restraints to the free shipping program. We cannot ship 2nd Day or Overnight with this promotion and this promotion is limited to the Continental U.S. (sorry Puerto Rico, Hawaii, and Alaska). International orders do not apply as well. If you are a neighbor to the north in Canada, please contact us and we will work on arrangements for shipping.
Q: Freight Shipping- what's the deal?
A: Some products we offer due to their size or weight must be sent via freight shipping. We do our best to work with our freight partners to find the most cost effective means to transport the product to your door.
We do have some items that will ship out at a flat rate. This will be noted as "Freight Shipping" on the check out cart. Unfortunately we can not offer expedited shipping service on these items. All flat rate items will ship out via ground service to you. At this time only K-MAC product will ship out at a flat rate.
Q: Do you ship internationally?
A: Yes, we are open to shipping our products internationally. Please
contact us for futher details.
Q: Do you price match?
A: IMGT3 will do it's best to match an advertised price from a legitimate retailer (total price including shipping and handling charges). The price must be listed to the public and a link to the source needs to be supplied. Sorry, auction sites and used merchandise do not count.
