Agency Power has released a carbon fiber hood grill for Porsche enthusiasts. As with most Porsche designs the grill serves a purpose on these vehicles. Located between the front bumper and the hood, this vent helps pull more airflow across the front center radiator, thus helping to keep engine temps in check. If this vent is not in place, air has fewer escape locations and becomes more turbulent and less effective.
The Agency Power carbon fiber hood insert is the same as the OE unit seen on the GT3 or GT2 911’s. The vent installs easily and can be secured with double sided tape or RTV. The high gloss 2x2 weave is created using a pre-preg process and made with pride in the USA. The carbon fiber vent adds a nice accent to the front of your Porsche that will stand it apart for the crowd.
This hood grill can be used on any Porsche 997 Carrera or 997 Turbo from 2005 and up. This vent will also fit all 996 models as well as the Boxster and Cayman. Some modification might be necessary to install this vent. Some Porsche owners have modified their stock bumpers to accommodate for this hood vent and update the look of their car. This vent can also be used on some aftermarket bumper covers as well.

Carbon fiber hood vent is simple to install with double sided tape or RTV.
Some modification might be necessary to install this vent. Some Porsche owners have modified their stock bumpers to accommodate for this hood vent and update the look of their car. This vent can also be used on some aftermarket bumper covers as well.
