Stillen is known for their dedication in creating parts for Nissan that revolve around improved performance and quality. With this mantra in mind, Stillen was the first to offer a brake line upgrade for the GTR that does NOT require removing the factory supplied hard lines. The supplied stainless steel braided lines are stiffer than the factory supplied rubber lines, but you can not replace the performance of hard steel tubing. For this reason, it is important to keep the hard lines in place for the firmest, most responsive brake pedal feel.
Attention to detail was vital in the development of this kit and the aircraft-style fittings are employed throughout to insure leak-free connections. You will not find banjo fittings here! Keeping in mind suspension travel and steering wheel input, Stillen replaced the factory junction block functions to eliminate any potential rubbing issues which may occur on other kits found in the market place. By taking this extra step, the Stillen kit can now be bolted to both the upright and the strut for the most positive location possible.
