Internationally recognized for their innovation and expertise in the braking industry, IMGT3 Performance is pleased to offer DBA rotors to their customers. DBA is an Australian owned company that specializes in manufacturing a range of rotors to industry leading standards and certification (ISO9001, QS9000, TS 16949, and TÜV). DBA’s attention to detail, commitment to braking technology, innovation and customer focus ensure ultimate performance, quality and security to every road user.
DBA’s 4000 Series rotors incorporate Thermo-Graphic paint markings that change color at specific temperature thresholds. By simply monitoring the markings, drivers can check their braking performance quickly and easily. Another prominent feature of the 4000 Series rotor is the Thermal Stability Profiling (TSP). This process enhances the microstructure of the disc rotor for more heat, making the rotor more stable under heavy braking. The end result is improved brake pad and rotor life and a delayed brake fade.
DBA’s 4000 Series Slotted and Cross Drilled Replacement Rotors Feature:
• Patented Kangaroo Paw ventilation design which enhances rotor efficiency by up to 20% compared to conventional rotors
• Non-directional cross-drilled and slotted design
• TSP (Thermal Stability Profiling) for improved heat handling
• Thermo-Graphic paint markings for effective heat measuring
• Gold paint provides better corrosion protection
• The drilling and slotting provides an efficient means of dispersing water and friction gases
• Direct factory replacement with no modification required to the braking system
Product must be purchased in pairs. Pricing above reflects cost of (1) Rotor. Special order item, may take extra time to ship.
Actual product may differ from image shown. Front axle replacement rotor. Direct replacement for factory rotor. Rotors must be purchased and replaced in pairs.
IMPORTANT REMINDER: Slotted, drilled or dimpled rotors offered as OEM replacements should not be considered appropriate for high-speed track use. See our Terms and Conditions for more detail.
NOTE: BRAKES ARE A CRITICAL COMPONENT TO YOUR VEHICLE. We highly suggest you have your brake pads or rotors serviced and replaced by a qualified mechanic. Incorrect installation may lead to loss of control of your vehicle resulting in an accident, crash, or bodily harm.
Consult vehicle service manual for details.
