The Koyorad Racing Radiator for your 2002-2006 Acura RSX-S (DC5) features OE mounting locations for the fan, inlet/outlet hoses, and mounting pins to ensure a quick and pain-free install. All Koyorad racing radiators are constructed under strict quality control. These efforts ensure tubes with optimal coolant flow and fins with highly efficient heat transfer to help shed off unwanted heat.
All tubes, fins, headers and brackets are brazed in Koyo’s state of the art Nocolok furnace. This process ensures proper bonding of all components as to resist damage from vibration, road debris and the elements.
The billet filler neck is precision machined and are tested to ensure durability and a quality seal. All Koyo aluminum race radiators are Heliarc welded individually by hand to create the strongest aluminum bond in order to mate all components.
